Service Description
Breath is our vital life force, and improper breathing will lead to poor health. Breathwork session always begin with proper breathing technique. Then, intentional breathwork practices can bring about better health through energy and thus life balance. Following the balancing breathwork practice customized to your needs, you will have a choice to be guided in a guided meditation or traditional one. Pamela also offers Shamanic Journey inspired guided meditations if you would like to explore deeper levels of inner exploration. Guided meditations based in yoga therapy are also available and can target specific needs such as mental/ emotional ones. This session is for one hour with Pamela, Thriving Lotus, Certified E-500RYT & C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. Online/ Virtual Zoom Sessions or In-person Redding, CA sessions are available. For in-person at the studio, please be sure to select "Pamela Simply Rooted (Redding)" in the staff dropdown for the available times. Additional weekend hours may be available, so please send us a message or give us a call for additional availability. Pamela also has Trauma & Recovery Informed Training and has completed an accredited Yoga Therapist Certification Program. These sessions do not include Yoga Therapy or Mentoring / Life Coaching or Spiritual Consulting services. Those are offered in different listings and require a commitment from our client to devote themselves to themselves for a longer term and are packaged plans with a minimum commitment of 3 1-hr sessions.
