This is a combined EFT & Energy Restoration Session where you will be guided to perform the Emotional Freedom Technique on yourself, releasing stuck and stagnant energy in order to receive new pure, unconditional love energy from Spirit. With the EFT, you will be setting your intention to release and let go where necessary to receive healing and renewal Spirit energy to empower your self-healing.
Online/ virtual and in-person Redding, CA appointments are available, at your home or our studio.
